  2. Initial ContactThe best initial contact is to fill out our needs assessment form, although you of course are welcome to call or message. Our team responds promptly and professionally to gather basic project information and give you a high-level view of our process and schedules the initial consultation.
  3. Consultation and Programming Meeting Within a week of your initial contact, we schedule a consultation meeting. This is where we discuss the project scope, features you may want, how you plan to use the space and your expectations for the project.
  4. Design Agreement and Initial Project Two weeks after our consultation, we formalize the design process with a clear agreement outlining our services, deliverables, and fees. We provide a transparent initial budget based on your requirements, ensuring you know what to expect.
  5. Conceptual Design and Budget UpdateWithin three weeks of the design agreement acceptance, we develop initial design concepts and refine the budget. We present multiple design options and gather your feedback, updating the budget to reflect any changes or new ideas.
  6. Design DevelopmentFour weeks after conceptual design approval, we advance the chosen design concept to a more detailed level. We incorporate your feedback and refine design elements, ensuring the design aligns with budget constraints and site conditions.
  7. Final Plan Presentation and Budget UpdateTwo weeks after design development completion, we present the final design with detailed plans, renderings, and specifications. We update the budget to reflect the final design and obtain your approval.
  8. Construction Drawings and PermittingThree weeks after final plan approval, we prepare detailed construction documents and obtain necessary permits. We ensure all drawings are accurate and comply with local regulations, expediting the permitting process to avoid delays.
  9. Construction Proposal and ContractTwo weeks after permit approval, we formalize the construction phase with a detailed proposal and contract. We provide a comprehensive proposal outlining scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring the contract includes terms for changes, payments, and warranties.
  10. Active ConstructionWe execute the construction plan efficiently and effectively, maintaining clear communication with you and our project team. We monitor progress, quality, and budget regularly, addressing any issues promptly.
